[op_liveeditor_element data-style=””][text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”16″ font_font=”Montserrat” font_color=”%237e7e7e”]Some of the most explosive moves we see in the Forex market are after price has broken out of a range.

Quite often you will see price winding up and going nowhere right before a massive move in one way.

These breakouts can end up with a very big move in a short amount of time and for the smart trader a good risk reward trade can normally be the result. There are 3 main areas we are going to cover on how to play a breakout they are:

• Price Breaks out and we go hunting on smaller time frame. We call this BO1 which means breakout on 1hr
• Price Breaks out with an Engulfing Bar (BOEB)
• Price Breaks out with Inside Bar (BOIB)

Before we go on and talk about exactly how to enter breakouts we need to first need to cover a few important factors to the breakout. Not all breakouts are created equal and to give ourselves the best chance of playing a winning trade we need to have things in our favor.
