The idea of these last accounts and investments are longer term and they are not just banks, but creating other streams of income for yourself with that last portion of income to take a little of the stress of your trading MAKING SURE HOWEVER and this is a HUGE HOWEVER; you do not lose focus or ever put your trading account at risk.

The idea is to help and take the mental pressure off, by potentially creating more income by doing things like high interest bank accounts, term deposits investing in real estate and going into business etc,.

This account is where I have the high interest savings account plus any other longer term investments. As I said earlier; the brokers do not pay you interest to keep you money with them but banks do and as you hold money in a broking account the value of it goes backwards!.

There is no reason at all to have spare money that is not being used to be sitting in a trading account.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]
